Absolutely. You can edit any memorial you own at any time. Simply go to My Memorials, open the memorial, and click Edit. Changes are saved and reflected immediately on the live page.

The memorial page remains fully accessible and permanent. Only the obituary writing and publishing feature becomes unavailable after 21 days. All existing content β€” photos, tributes, candles, biography β€” remains live indefinitely.

Each memorial has a unique URL you can copy and share anywhere. For obituaries specifically, use the Share buttons on the obituary page β€” these generate a beautifully designed preview card that appears when shared on Facebook, X, or LinkedIn.

When you accept an invitation, Forever in Heart automatically creates your own independent account. You are now a master admin of your own account, which means you can create your own memorials and invite others β€” while also having access to the shared memorials you were invited to.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. Click the link in the email, enter your new password, and log in.

Yes. When creating or editing a memorial, scroll to the Military Service section and toggle "This person was a veteran." You can then add branch, rank, unit, conflicts served, and decorations. A veteran badge will appear on the memorial page and in social media share images.
