Understanding your account type
Every person who registers with Forever in Heart is automatically the master admin of their own account. This gives you full control to create memorials, invite others, and manage everything.
When you accept an invitation from another user, you gain access to their shared memorials while your own account remains completely independent and separate.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Master Admin | Full control. Create memorials, invite members, manage all settings. This is the account owner. |
| Super Admin | Can manage memorials, invite others, and moderate content. Cannot remove the master admin. |
| Moderator | Can view and moderate tributes and content. Cannot invite or edit memorial details. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the memorials they have been granted access to. |
